2. Manhole needs chimney seal at first manhole.
3. Paperwork on two fire DC meter # and serial # turned in to Service Center
4. Need test paperwork on all DC's: fire, domestic, irrigation
5. Valve to domestic needs extension
6. Grate pipe coming in to vault
7. Second manhole needs chimney seal
8. Valve to Minyard's building, 777 S Freeport not to City specs
9. Mark caps on valve lid blue on main line valve
10. Mark DOM on curb to 920 building 100
11. Third manhole needs chimney seal
12. Mark FHV in red on curb at all FH
13. Street marker buttons at all FH
14. Fourth manhole needs chimney seal
15. Third valve stack to work valve not set right
16. Fifth manhole need chimney seal
17. Turn FH sw of building to street
