Dear Mr. Tom Whatley:
It has been brought to our attention and observed that stockpiling and grading activity is
occurring on the above referenced property. We would like to make you aware of the adopted
ordinances related to development activity in the City of Coppell.
1. Erosion and Sedimentation Control Code - Ordinance No. 91514 was designed to
minimize erosion and sedimentation from private property onto public rights-of-way,
. making it unlawful to permit a public erosion nuisance and providing for a penalty of fine
not to exceed the sum of $500 per day during which a violation occurs.
We request that you apply for an early grading permit from the city of Coppell. A
