NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Murphy:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start July 15, 2009. After the pre-con
meeting is held, you may begin with activities such as mobilization, potholing for utility
locations, or any work that does not impact traffic or necessitate closing the roadway.
Two hundred ten (210) Calendar Days were bid on this project for the completion of work.
Therefore, if work begins on July 15, 2009 then the calendar days on the project will expire
on February 10,2010.
