The paving, drainage and utility facilities on the referenced project were inspected during
construction by the City of Coppell Engineering Department and were constructed according to the
plans, specifications and change orders #1 and #2. The City ofCoppell accepts this work subject to
the two-year maintenance agreement. The maintenance period began on August 1, 2007.
