RE: Manara Academy / Paving Addition
Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Jebavy:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced submittal and has the following comments to
offer:
I. The pavement strength should be 3600 psi.
2. Drainage on the SW corner of the site adjacent to the proposed paving has a low area that
does not appear to drain. Please review this and develop a plan to address this issue.
Once these changes have been made, please submit three (3) sets of plans for the City's use plus
enough the contractor has a set with the City's approval stamp for use in the field.
A permit for the parking addition construction is enclosed. The City requires a payment of 2%
of the paving contract total to be paid for construction inspection. Please attach a copy of the
contract for verification purposes. Once this is received, we will approve the permit and hold a
pre-construction conference here at City Hall.
