The two-year term on the above referenced maintenance bond began on February 21, 2008, which
was the date of final acceptance of the project.
A periodic follow-up inspection of the facilities has revealed problems that should be discussed as
soon as possible at the location involved, so that further deterioration can be prevented. Please
