General I. Include "Lot 9 Blk A" on the cover sheet. See Sheet C-O Cover Sheet 2. The pages are upside down from the plat and cover sheet. This has been co"ected. 3. Include an overall site plan that included the paving, curb or street inlet locations, building footprint, etc. See Sheet C-l a Overall Site Plan 4. Include an overall utility plan that contains the water, sewer, and storm lines. Incorporate Rosa's storm drain. Darken what will be completed with lot 9. The proposed paving, building footprint, and other items not underground should be a light line weight. See Sheet C-l b Overall Utility Plan 5. Include a legible copy of the plat. See Sheet C-FP Final Plat 6. Show elevations on paving that connects lot 9 with lot 5. See Sheet C-6 Grading Plan (Sheet 2 of 3) 7. Refer to standard details for stamped concrete. (SD 2190) See Sheets C-2 for note on stamped concrete. 4. Who will be responsible for the shared driveway with Rosa's? We want to make sure that this effort is not duplicated. A developers agreement has been executed between Realty Capital Corporation and Rosa's which escrowed money for the construction of the drive as weU as other mutual construction. I have notified the Client of this concern and requested further confirmation be provided to the City. 5. Include the sidewalk on the paving plan. See Sheet C-2 for proposed sidewalk to serve Lot 9, Blk A. Proposed sidewalk for Lot 5, Blk A is shown for reference only. Please reference plans submitted by Greenberg Fa"ow for additional information concerning sidewalk to serve this lot Drainaee Plan 1. The drainage plan is incomplete. Drainage areas and calculations do not match. See Sheet C-8 and C-9 for revised drainage areas and QIOO information. 2. Check Qcap with Q 1 00. See Sheet C-8 and C-9 for revisions. 3. Show the combined flow of Denton Tap and the proposed site into the inlets. Make sure that there is enough capacity. Re-check the calculations. See Sheet C-l 0 for revisions. 4. Include profiles with calculations, there is a water crossing. See Sheet C-ll and C-ll a for Storm Drain Plan and Profiles, which include crossings. Utility Plan 1. See Sheet C-15 for Sanitary Sewer Revisions. 4. Move the vault adjacent to SH 121 to a landscape island. See Sheet C-14 for Water Line Revisions. 5.
