Final Acceptance
Dear Mr. Bowman:
Representatives of the City of Coppell have confinncd a final inspection of work on the
referenced project. All applicablc paperwork has been received including the two-year
maintenance bond. Maturity on the bond will be December 1, 2010.
A follow-up inspection of the facilities will be conducted prior to the lapse of the two-year
bond period. If any punchlist items are noted at that time, you will be contacted to make
repairs. Thanks for your cooperation during the coursc of this project.
