RE: Claim of Charles and Dianne Seraphin vs. City of Coppell
Dear Mr. Griffin:
! have note received any response to the letter which I wrote to Mr. Arch McColl,
attorney for Charles and Dianne Seraphin regarding their claim against the City of
Coppell. My letter to Mr. McColl was written on June 19, 1997, I asked him to furnish
me basis for his clients' claim which I would be glad to review the law concerning such
claim. As I discussed with you some time ago, it is important to know the basis of a
claim which is being made for Mr. and Mrs. Seraphin in order to evaluate the legal
consequences and potential liability, if any.
I have reviewed the material which you sero to me and am waiting a reply from
Mr. McColl before I spend any more time evaluating the claim.
