1. Provide a location map.
2. Ensure that the house does not encroach the floodplain. There will not be any portion of
the house or any structure allowed in the floodplain. We will require that the flood plain
be staked out.
3. The finish floor must be a minimum of 2' above the base flood elevation.
4. We will require plans submitted for the connection of the utilities when the time comes.
