acres for retail/office/hotel and restaurant uses within the City of Coppell (this
does not include the 7.043 acres in the City of Grapevine) and to attach a Detail
Plan on 2.78 acres of property to allow asix-story, 128-room, Holiday Inn
Hotel & Suites, to be located on the southside of Northpoint dr. east of SH 121,
at the request of Gus Coppock, Design Build Contractors, Inc.

1. The private water line should be looped back into the main, there is a stub-out on
Northpoint Dr.
2. The vaults and meters will need to be put in the 20 x 20' utility easement.
3. Will future developments adjacent to this property tie- in to the water line? You may
need to provide astub-out.
4. The fire hydrant and FDC must be on the same side of the fire lane.
5. The drainage will be evaluated further during engineering plan review.
