Dear Garreth:
Transmitted herewith are Ron's notes from the crack survey at the referenced residence.
The survey was performed on August 11, 1993. Apparently, no formal report was
prepared for Soutland. With respect to the vibration monitoring, I believe that we
simply set up the instrument for Southland and showed them how to use it. All records
of vibration monitoring should be in their possesion.
