We normally wave the permit fees on City projects, does Coppell do the same?
This is a two mile plus trail project, do you want full sets? Or just the section in Coppell?

The City of Coppell must issue a permit for any work in Coppell. So far that has not been completed. Once plans are
approved, we will hold a pre-construction meeting at our office.
I am not sure we ever finalized the info on the bridge crossing the creek.

Greetings,
The contractor has started on the section along Belt Line Road. There are a few questions:
1. There are 2 power poles are a little closer than the survey says. In this location, we had a 5’ grass parkway, do
you want to have the trail just up against the curb here?
2. The contractor has found a manhole which was buried and not on the survey. Who do we need to contact to
review, a new manhole cover will be needed as it was damaged in the excavation.
3. The contractor has requested an early morning concrete pour as not to effect traffic as much. Would this be
permissible? He was talking 2-3 in the morning.
If we need to meet on site to review, let me know.
