Dogs and cats under the age of six (6) months shall be charged the sterilization fee. Animals
may be exempted from sterilization upon written recommendation from a licensed
veterinarian that such alternatives would be harmful or dangerous to the animal. Owners
of these animals are to be subject to the lower impoundment fee.

14)As allowed by the Public Information Act, the officer for public information or the
officer's agent may require a deposit or bond for payment of anticipated costs relative
to creating access to and/or providing copies of public information, if the anticipated
cost for providing the copy of the public information specifically requested by the
requestor is in excess of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
15)The officer for public information or the officer's agent may not require a deposit or
bond to be paid as a down payment for copies of public information that the requestor
may request in the future.
16)The charge for providing a copy made by the municipal court clerk shall be the charge as
provided by other ordinances governing Court of Record.
