Terracon Consultants, Inc, (Terracon) provided testing and/or observation services for
the above referenced project including Soil Testing, Drilled Pier Foundations Installation
Observation, Reinforcing Steel Placement Observation, Concrete Testing, Masonry
Testing, and Structural Steel Erection Welding and Bolting Observation from 09/22/17 to
06/26/18.
To the best of Terracon's knowledge, information and belief based upon observations
and tests made by Terracon representatives, the materials tested and/or observed by
Terracon were iln general accordance with applicable contract documents including
project plans and specifications as provided to Terracon. The architect or the structural
engineer of record has final sign -off on all structural items and the architect or civil
engineer of record has final sign -off on all civil items.
It should be noted that Terracon's testing and observation services were performed on
an as requested basis, and only when requested by the above listed client or their
designated representative. Terracon offers no opinion regarding materials not tested or
observed by Terracon representatives. This letter is provided solely for the benefit for
the above listed client and does not impact in anyway the rights and obligations of third
parties, including but not limited to contractors and representatives who may have
provided the construction services tested or observed.
