The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 15th day of October, 1998, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. S-1152. Ea$on Petroleum. Gas Station and Convenience Store,
zoning change request from C (Commercial) to C-S.U.P. (Commercial, Special Use Permit) to
allow the redevelopment of a gas station with convenience store on .5 of an acre of property
located at the southeast corner of Vanbebber Drive and S. Denton Tap Road, at the request of
Michael Smith. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning
district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development
District. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to
attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of
interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this Special Use Permit request by letter
addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX
75019.
