CC letter of approval 9/12/00 September 13, 2000 Mr. Pat Henggeler Henggeler Properties, L.P. 804 Bullock Street Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Case No. S-1155R2, Dickey's Barbecue Pit Dear Mr. Henggeler: This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1155R2 Dicke¥'s Barbecue Pit, zoning change to amend and expand the Special Use Permit site plan to allow additional parking spaces at the rear of 804 Bullock Drive, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, September 12, 2000, subject to the following conditions: 1) Access to the alley shall be prohibited, except by utility companies, through the installation of removable bollards and signage stating "No parking allowed in the alley easement." 2) The tabulations on the Landscape Plan need to be revised to reflect the landscaping indicated on the Site Plan. 3) The off-site fire lane needs to be established either by a replat or separate insmunent. In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
