Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Ci~.' of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19th day of August, 1999, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center. for consideration of Case No. S-1167. Nextel Communications, Inc.. zoning change request from LI (Light Industrial) to LI-S.U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit), to allow the construction of an 80'-high monopole with a 200 square foot equipment cabinet at the base of the tower on property located approximately 828' north of Beltline Road and 230' west of the Elm Fork of the Trinity' River. at the request of McDonald Associates. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development District. Ail interested citizens of the Ci~: of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same.
