We are in receipt of the City's initial set of comments and offer the following
responses:
1. The site plan has been revised to more clearly indicate the proposed
landscaping materials.
2. A legal description of the lease area is included as a separate sheet.
3. Nextel has agreed to substitute the proposed chain link fence with a
brick wall.
4. Attached please find a brick sample that will be used on the brick wall.
5. A notarized statement relating to collocation by other providers is
attached.
6. Please see the attached photographs that indicate that there are no
trees on the lease area.
7. The applicant already has zoning signs on the property from the
previous application.
