The site plan has been revised to more clearly indicate the proposed landscaping materials. 2. A legal description of the lease area is included as a separate sheet. 3. Nextel has agreed to substitute the proposed chain link fence with a brick wall. 4. Attached please find a brick sample that will be used on the brick wall. 5. A notarized statement relating to collocation by other providers is attached. 6. Please see the attached photographs that indicate that there are no trees on the lease area. 7.
