Dear Madam/Sir: This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1167. Nextel Communications, Inc., zoning change request from LI (Light Industrial) to LI-S.U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit), to allow the construction of an 80'-high monopole with a 200 square foot equipment cabinet at the base of the tower on property, located approximately 828' north of Beltline Road and 230' west of the Elm Fork of the Trinity River, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, August 19, 1999, subject to the following conditions: l) Submittal and approval of a color board showing all exterior building materials. 2) Submittal of an Irrigation Plan prior to Council approval. 3) Compliance with Engineering Department comments as follows: No fill or improvements will be allowed in the floodplain without a flood study being submitted and approved. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, September 14, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. We need by 12 noon, August 31~t, 17 additional copies of the Zoning Exhibit/Site Plan, Legal Description, Collocation Statement and photo exhibit of the aggregate building, along with 17 folded copies of the Irrigation Plan to forward on to Council.
