Public Hearing Notice 1/17/00NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEAR G The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 17th day of February, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. S-1175 Siena Pasta & Pizza, zoning change from R (Retail) to R-S.U.P (Retail, Special Use Permit), to allow operation of a 3,000 square foot restaurant with Private Club to permit the sales of alcoholic beverages (beer and wine only) located at 780 S. MacArthur Boulevard, in the Riverchase Plaza, at the request of H. Bruno Ceka. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development District. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public heating and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
