The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 16th day of March, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of
Case No. S-1176, Jack In The Box Restaurant, zoning change request from LI (Light Industrial)
to LI-S.U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit) to allow the construction of a 2,742 square
foot fast food drive through restaurant on approximately an 1.0 acre of property located along the
south side of Spur 553, approximately 320' east of N. Denton Tap Road, at the request of C&P
Engineering, Ltd. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning
district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development
District. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to
attend this public heating and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of
interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter
addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX
75019.
