FIELD NOTES
Being a tract of land situated in the McKinney and Williams Survey,
Abstract No. 1054, in the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, being
all that remains out of a tract of land conveyed to Troth Enterprises,
Inc., as recorded in Volume ?4084, Page 1889, of the Deed Records of
Dallas County, Texas (D.R.D.C.T.), and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING, at a 1" iron pipe found for a corner in the common line
between the south line of the McKinney and Williams Survey, Abstract No.
I068, and the north line of the McKinney and Williams Survey, Abstract
No. 1054, said corner being the northeast corner of the William G.
Thompson, Trustee, tract, as recorded in Volume 80118, Page 3068, and
also being the northwest corner of the Dallas Power and Light Company
(DR&L Co.) tract, as recorded in Volume 4414, Page 88, of the D.R.D.C.T.;
