The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 15th day of February, 2001, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. PD-94R, zoning change request from PD-94-SF-9 (Planned
Development-94, Single Family-9) to PD-94R (Planned Development-94R), to allow an
expansion of the existing home into the required eight (8) foot side yard, on approximately 0.8 o£
and acre of property located at 637 Swan Drive, at the request of Lester and Bridget Bell. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this
public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may
also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the
Cie' of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

(Planned Development-94R), to allow an expansion of the existing home into the required eight
