Ihis letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-94R, SF-9, zoning change request to amend PD-94,
SF-9 (Planned Development-94, Single Family-9) to PD94R, SF9 (Planning Development-94R,
single family-9) to allow an expansion of the existing home into the required eight (8) foot side
yard, on approximately 0.8 of an acre of property located at 637 Swan Drive, at the request of
Lester and Bridget Bell, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, February, 15,2001.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 6, 2001, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held at the
City Council Chambers at 255 Parkway Blvd. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application.
