Again, thank you flit your assistance concerning the Sprint PCS telecommunications proposal
Andre~ Br(m'n Community Park ('cntral.
In response to the cities position that our equipment compound at the existing concessions
building as proposed is unacceptable, it is nmx' necessary to take a look at utilizing the walled
space adjacent to our proposed equipment compnund. '[his space currently houses air-
conditioning units (a/c space) that serve the concessions building. Sprint PCS and the City of
Coppell have agreed to consider the possibiliD of utilizing the adjacent a/c space in order to
provide the necessary equipment space, x~'hile at the same time not exceeding the building iiae
the west side of the concessions building.
In order for Sprint PCS to do a comprehensive study uf the existing pox~'er/teicn easements, as
well as ~vorking ~vith the city in possibly relocating the a/c units, and sh(m' adequatel3' the new
proposed equipment compound to the I)RC, additional time is needed. Sprint PCS is therefore
asking for a new DRC meeting of December 6, 20{11. This ne~v DRC meeting of 12/6/{11 puts the
possible hearing dates at December 20'h flit Planning and Zoning, and Januar3- 8, 2002 for Citx
