Dear Mr. and Mrs. Stacey:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. pDo91R-SF-7, Northlake Woodlands East,
Phase II, Lot 2, Block 10, zoning change request for property zoned PD-91-SF-7 (Planned
Development-91, Single Family-7), to allow for the construction of a second-story
addition with less than 80% masonry located at 723 Swallow Drive, was approved by the
Coppell City Council on Tuesday, October 10, 2000, with no conditions.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When
this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to
you.
As a reminder, the Zoning Change sign can now be returned to the Planning Department for
your deposit reimbursement of $100.
