Dear Mr. and Mrs. Stacey:
On October 10, 2000, the Coppell City Council approved the zoning change for Case No.
PD-91R-SF-7, Northlake Woodlands East, Phase II, Lot 2, Block 10, zoning change
request for property zoned PD-91-SF-7 (Planned Development-91, Single Family-7), to
allow for the construction of a second-story addition with less than 80% masonry located
at 723 Swallow Drive.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-272, which was approved by
Council and signed by the Mayor on December 12th.
