Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 15th day of November, 2001, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. S-1196, Chili's Restaurant, zoning change request from TC (Town Center) to TC-S.U.P.-l196 (Town Center, Special Use Permit-Il96), to allow the operation of an approximately 3,700 square-foot restaurant with private club to be located in the retail center under construction at 120 N. Denton Tap Road, approximately 160 feet south of Town Center Drive at the request of Chili's Grill & Bar Too. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development district. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
