This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1183, Ouizno's, zoning change request from PD-178R
(Planned Development-178R) to PD-178R-S.U.P (Planned Development-178R, Special Use
Permit), to allow the operation of a sub sandwich shop to be located in the Town Center West
Retail Center at 171 N. Denton Tap Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday,
January 9, 2001.
Attached, you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-283 which was approved by council and
signed by the Mayor on February 13th.
