RE: Case No. S-1183, Quizno's
Dear Sir:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1183, Quizno's, zoning change request from PD-178R
(Planned Development-178R) to PD-178R-S.U.P (Planned Development-178R, Special Use
Permit), to allow the operation of a sub sandwich shop to be located in the Town Center West
Retail Center at 171 N. Denton Tap Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning
and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 21, 2000, subject to the following conditions:
1)The development of this property shall be limited to the site plan, floor
plan and signage as attached to and made part of the ordinance.
2) The hours of operation being 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. seven days a week.
The lights immediately adjacent to the retail facility shall remain on during
the hours of operation.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, January 9, 2001, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held at the
William T. Cozby Public Library meeting room, 177 Iteartz Road. Failure to represent this
item may result in the denial of this application. Please submit to the Planning Department 12
folded copies of the all exhibits on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday~ December 27th, so that your
case can be forwarded on to Council.
