T H E ¢ I T Y 0 F CO?Pg££ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission o£ the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19th day of July, 2001, at 6:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. S-1189, Donut City, zoning change request from C (Commercial) to C-S.U.P. (Commercial, Special Use Permit), to allow the operation of an approximately 973 square-foot donut shop to be located along the west side of Denton Tap Road, north of, Town Center Drive, at the request of Wainscott & Associates, Inc. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development District. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of. interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
