GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The applicant is propsing to develop 22 single family homes on a 4.6 acre site. This
proposed addition would be adjacent to Highland Meadow, a planned single family
development by Univest.
The applicant is requesting several variances from "SF-7" Single family Residential
District Regulations. A list of the variances is attached to this report.
STAFF EVALUATION: The proposed development is in accordance with the Future
Land Use Plan and is compatible with the proposed Highland Meadow Subdivison.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMI~I1ON: Planning & Zoning Commission recommended
