The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public

"MF-2", Multi-Family and "R", Retail to "C", Commercial for property generally
described as follows:
Being a 5.54 acre tract and a 6.07 acre tract located in Abstracts 1139 and
1442 at the southeast corner of MacArthur Blvd. and Sandy Lake Road. (See
attached map for detail).
All interested citizens of the City and other parties of interest are invited
to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the
City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning
the proposed zoning change by letter addressed to the Co~ell Planninq and
Zoning Comm. , City Hall, P.O. Box 478, Coppell, Texas 75019.
