PD108-CS 890309March 9, 1989 TO: FROM: RE: Kevin Peiffer, Interim Planning and Zoning Coordinator Dale Jackson, Building Officia~ PD for Springs of Coppell One item should be brought to the attention of the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning the planned development request for the Springs of Coppell. Several of the uses listed for this PD, are uses that normally require a special use permit. Some of the uses include: University, Restaurant, Hotels and Motels, Gasoline Service Stations, Grocery and Convenience Stores, Nursing Homes and Retirement Homes. If the PD is approved as requested, the above listed uses will not require a SUP. The PD zoning will take precedence over the normal zoning requirements. It should also be noted that although the above uses will not require a SUP, before a building permit can be issued it will be necessary for the applicant to obtain approval from P&Z and City Council of a detailed site plan for the proposed use.
