PD108-NR 890216NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on the 16th day of February, 1989, at 7:30 Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a zoning change, ~ on 115 (+/-) acres, from PD-Recreation Center, to (PD) for (0) Office, (R) Retail, (C) Commercial and (LI) Light Industrial, for the development of institutional, office, retail, commercial and industrial facilities on property generally described as follows: 1,206 (+/-) feet on the west side of Denton Tap Road on the north side of the Cottonbelt Railroad, 3,150 (+/-) feet on the south side of Bethel Road (save and except 750 (+/-) feet of outparcels fronting on Bethel Road that are in assorted other ownerships), and approximately 1,700 feet along the east side of Coppell Road (save and except 600 (+/-) feet of outparcels fronting on Coppell Road that are in' assorted other ownerships). The southern line is approximately 3,500 feet along the Cottonbelt Railroad. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the proposed zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell, Planning Department, P.O.
