OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold
a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on the 23rd day of October , 1984,
at the Coppell High School Administration Building, on the application of
Jim Sowell, SBS Venture, for the following zoning change classifications:
A. "LI", Light Industrial to "MF-2", Multi-Family 2
B. "LI", Light Industrial to "SF-O", Single Family 0
C. "LI", Light Industrial to "SF-9", Single Family 9
D. "LI", Light Industrial to "TH", Townhouse
E. "LI", Light Industrial to "R", Retail
The property contains approximately 190 acres located south of Denton Creek,
west of Cottonwood Creek, north of Thweatt Road and east of Coppell Road.
All interested citizens of the City and other parties of interest are invited
to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the
City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning
the proposed zoning change request by letter addressed to the Coppell
City Council , City Hall, P.O. Box 478, Coppell, Texas 75019.
