The applicant has agreed to satisfy this requirement, and it will be shown on the final plat. SUMMARY: Applicant is requesting a zoning change from (R) Retail, to a planned development for (SF-7} with a typical lot size of 7,130 square feet. Staff has no objections to the variances as indicated on the attached zoning exhibit. ALTERNATIVES: 1) 2) Approve the zoning chanue request with conditions. Deny the zoning request.
