Please find the following attachments: 1. A completed Subdivision Application. 2. A legal description of the proposed development site. A description of the "SF-9" Single Family Residential District Regulations which include: (1) proposed development items which are in excess of those required in the District; and (2) proposed development items which will require variances to District regulations. 4.' A statement from the City of Coppell Finance Department concerning the status of current taxes on the property. 5. A Site Plan for the proposed development. 6. A Preliminary Plat for the proposed development. A set of Preliminary Construction Plans for the proposed development. Page Two.
