Dear Ms. Bowman:
It is requested that the City of Coppell review the accompanying
preliminary plat submission and request for zoning change for the
residential development entitled "Shadow Ridge Estates Phase
III."
Please find the following attachments:
1. A completed Subdivision Application.
2. A legal description of the proposed development site.
A description of the "SF-9" Single Family Residential
District Regulations which include: (1) proposed
development items which are in excess of those required
in the District; and (2) proposed development items
which will require variances to District regulations.
4.' A statement from the City of Coppell Finance Department
concerning the status of current taxes on the property.
5. A Site Plan for the proposed development.
6. A Preliminary Plat for the proposed development.
A set of Preliminary Construction Plans for the proposed
development.

and review session in order to facilitate the answering of any
questions the City staff may have concerning this project.
