After careful consideration, we recounend that Gr&-SonLand, Inc. be~protected
with a prorate ordinance for future reimbursement as &dJecent properties
develop. ~The follo~lng street m~d utility iuproven~nts for consideration are:
1. The portion of Bethel School ~ from Denton Tap to the new bridEe.
2. Half the portion of Ploatmtion Road from Coppell Road to Shedowridse
Section II.

For the water end sewer fecilities constructed in Plantation Road from
Coppell Road to Shadowridse Section II and in Bethel School Rood for

This information and the attached copies of pertinent correspondence mhould
be filed as that as these adjacent tracts to Shado~ridge come in for plattin~
they can be made aware of prorate assessments due on ~he above l~ems.
