My comments are as follows: To increase density in an area which has
been fully developed and previously zoned SF9 is inconsistent with the
intent of good zoning practice. Down zoning of any property adjacent
to property completely developed is unacceptable to surrounding property
owner's comolying with the original zoning ordinance. This obviously
violates the integrity of our established neighborhood.
