change from (A) Agricultural to (LI} Light Industrial on 15.57 acres of land, to

parceL
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: The Masterplan indicates this area to be highway
oriented commerdal. Since the applicant has not indicated the proposed uses,
staff has no way of determl-ln_o the l~nduse: however, th~_ _nro_m~sed surrotm&in_o
zoning around the subject property is Light Industrial Staff has no objections.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on the 8th
day of March, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration
of a Zoning Change, at the request of Mr. Robert P. Stewart, from (A) Agricultural,
to (LI) Light Industrial, on property generally described as follows: South side
of Cotton Road east, and approximately ZS0 feet from the centerline of Freeport
Parkway. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of
interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same.
Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her
opinion concerning the proposed zoning change request by letter addressed to
the City of Coppell, Planning Department, P.O. Box 478, Coppell, Texas, 75019.
