Dear Mr. and Mrs. Schnurman:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-110R. Pecan Hollow, zoning change request ro
amend PD-110 (Planned Development, Single-Family 9), to change the development
conditions as they apply to Lot 15, Block D, to permit a reduction of one foot to the required
8 foot side yard setback to accommodate a two-story addition to the house located at 325
Beechwood Lane was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, September 17, 1998, subject to the Site Plan and building elevations,
as submitted.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, October 13, 1998,
at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent
this item may result in the denial of this application. We need by 12 noon, Wednesday,
September 30th, 17 additional copies of the Site Plan and building elevations to forward on to
Council.
