Dear Mr. and Mrs. Schnurman:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-110R, Pecan Hollow, zoning change request to
amend PD-110 (Planned Development, Single-Family 9), to change the developmem
conditions as they apply to Lot 15, Block D, to permit a reduction of one foot to the required
8 foot side yard setback to accommodate a two-story addition to the house located at 325
Beechwood Lane was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, October 13, 1998,
subject to the Site Plan and building elevations, as submitted.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has
been completed and the Ordinance has been approved by Council, a copy will be sent to you.
As a reminder, the Zoning Change sign can now be returned to the Planning Department for your
deposit reimbursement of $ ! 00.
