GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Applicant is re~uestin~ approval of a Pl~nned Devel-
opment for the construction of Single-Family Homes with a maximum dwelling size
of 1600 square feet. Applicant is also requesting a variance for lot coverage. The
Zoning Ordinance requires 35% maximum coverage; and the applicat is requesting
40% maximum coverage.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff has no objections to the plan.
