The Sprint Dear Sirs: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of PD-108R, changing the zoning from PD-LI (Planned Development, Light Industrial) to PD-SF-9 (Planned Development, Single Family-9), to modify the existing PD to allow the development of single-family detached homes on property located on the south side of Bethel Road, approximately 490 feet west of Denton Tap Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 21, 1995. The following conditions apply: (1) $1,285 per dwelling unit for park fees will be accessed to the developer; (2) a floodplain reclamation study will be required; (3) there will be no parking on the street for lots adjacent to the landscaped median curbs; (4) there needs to be modification of landscaped islands in the cul-de-sacs to allow fire equipment head-in access to each lot, and (5) subject to modification of turning radii to meet Fire Department requirements. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, Ianuary 9, 1996, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting.
