Enclosed please find our revised documentation for the re-zoning of approximately thirty (30) acres on the
referenced project from planned development light industrial to planned development residential. The
following details our submission.
1. 28 full size blueline copies, 3 reduced (8 1/2 x 11) paper copies and 1 reduced (8 1/2 x 11)
transparency copy of the overall Master Plans for The Springs.
2. 28 full size blueline copies, 3 reduced (8 1/2 x 11) paper copies and 1 reduced (8 1/2 x 11)
transparency copy &the 30 acre parcel inventory plans.
3. 28 full size blueline copies, 3 reduced (8 1/2 x 11) paper copies and 1 reduced (8 1/2 x 11)
transparency copy of the 30 acre parcel site layout plan.
4. 28 full size blueline copies, 3 reduced (8 1/2 x 11) paper copies and 1 reduced (8 1/2 x 11)
transparency copy of the entry plan and preliminary landscape plan.
5. 28 copies of a brief project history.
6. 28 copies of a letter from the Dallas county indicating their acceptance of further park land
donations.
7. 28 copies of a first draft Home Owner's Agreement.
