The Planning and Zoning Commi~ion of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 21st day of December, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of a zoning change, Case #PD-108R, The Springs, at the request of Fults
Associates, Inc., from PD-LI (Planned Development, Light Industrial) to PD-Residential
(Planned Development, Residential), to modify the planned development to allow the
development of single-family detached homes on a 29.884 acre tract of land generally described
as follows: on the south side of Bethel Road, approximately 490 feet west of Denton Tap Road.
All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend
this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest
may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed
to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
