The SBS Venture hereby requests that the subject zoning
case, originally scheduled for Public Hearing at the
June meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission, be
rescheduled for Public Hearing at the September 20
meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Please note that we have modified our original request
in that the boundary between the SF-9 and the MF-2 re-
quested zoning has been moved northward on the east side
of the property. This change is reflected in the attached
legal description and drawinq.
