As directed by the Commission a review was initiated by Ginn's office of the
ingress-egress locations on Sandy Lake Road for this center. Through review it is
Ginn's recommendation that an additional structure be built to facilitate the
site. The applicant has been consulted regarding this necessity and has stated
that they will consent to the installation of the structure. Since the matter
was not resolved until late in the review it is not incorporated onto the plat
before you. A designated point of location has
structure, but will be incorporated into the final site plan upon specific
detail required when the final plat is submitted. At that time, Ginn's office
and the applicants engineers will consult and decide the appropriate location
for the structure, which will then be incorporated onto the final site plan.
It is the staffs' recommendation that an approval be made of this preliminary
plat.
